Airtable CRM
Separate interfaces for admin, selection committee, judges, chief judge and check-in
A plain online store turned into a car show registration platform with an Airtable CRM for judges and organizers.
The car show site was built as a store on Avada and didn't fit an event. It needed three independent registration flows — tickets, Concours vehicles and Car Corral clubs — each with its own form, payment and database.
The client wanted to improve the existing site rather than build a new one.
I kept WordPress and WooCommerce, migrated the pages and forms from Avada to Elementor, and built three separate registration flows connected to a single Airtable CRM.

Vehicles reach the judges of their class automatically
5-vehicle club threshold with automatic email confirmation
CF7 forms and FooEvents tickets sent to Airtable
Every submission is also stored in wp-admin
A vehicle registration once went missing: the send to Airtable failed and nobody noticed. Now every submission is also saved in the WordPress admin, so no data is lost even if the external service is down.
The site runs year-round: participants get e-tickets, and organizers manage every registration in one CRM. The design was refreshed along the way.
The current contest already has 50+ registered participants and 100+ visitors. Exact figures will follow after the event.
